Hummus-style dip |
Add a kick of flavour to any sandwich with this yummy dip.
Ingredients
- 2 cups canned chickpeas,
- drained & rinsed
- 1 cup Balkan yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise-type dressing
- 2 Tbsp. tahini (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic
- lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
1. In a food processor, mix everything and serve.
2. 1 Tbsp. per serving.
