Hummus-style dip

Hummus-style dip Add a kick of flavour to any sandwich with this yummy dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned chickpeas,
  • drained & rinsed
  • 1 cup Balkan yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise-type dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

1. In a food processor, mix everything and serve.

2. 1 Tbsp. per serving.
