Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie If you want to impress your guest but don't have a lot of time?  This recipe is the one for you. 

Ingredients

  • 1 Deep Dish Pie Shell
  • 1-14oz (396ml) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • ½ cup(125ml) Key Lime juice
  • Whipped cream to serve

Directions

Prepare the pie crust as per package directions. Using oven mitts remove from oven, set aside to cool.

In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks, until combined well. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Add Key Lime juice and mix well. Pour Key Lime filling into cooked and cooled pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Using oven mitts, remove from oven and cool. Serve with whipped cream.
