Lasagna Ham Roll-Up |
A friend just gave me this over the phone. It sounds yummy and is a great way to use ham left-overs.
Ingredients
- 8 Lasagna Noodles (cook first till tender)
- 8 thin slices ham
- 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese salt and pepper
- 2 cups tomato or mushroom sauce
- 2 large fresh tomatoes sliced
Directions
Cook noodles and drain. Lay on sheet of greased foil. Lay slice of ham on each noodle trimming to fit. Spread with mustard and sprinkle with cheese and seasoning. Roll up each noodle enclosing the filing and place in greased shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over top and arrange tomato slices over all. Cover and back at 375 for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10.
