Lemon Meringue Pie Milkshakes |
This creamy, crunchy milkshake is proof that it's easy to whip up a delicious dessert as long as you have lemon ice cream, milk and graham crackers handy.
Ingredients
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of milkshake.
- lemon sorbet
- milk
- Graham crackers
- whipping cream (optional)
Directions
1. Grab a blender and a pint of tart lemon sorbet. Blend sorbet with about 2/3 cup of milk. (I used a few splashes over 2/3 cup.)
2. Once milkshake is blended smooth and thick, add a hearty handful of crumbled graham crackers. Stir with a spoon.
3. Spoon the milkshake into 4 small glasses.
4. Top with whipped cream and more crumbled graham cracker.
