Little meat muffins |
This recipe makes 10 of the juiciest meat servings ever. They are just the right size to freeze and are thin enough to thaw quickly.
Ingredients
- Lean ground beef 1lb.(454g)
- Condensed vegetable soup 10oz. (284ml)
Directions
You will need a medium bowl, a mixing spoon, a muffin pan, oven mits and a wire rack.
Turn the oven on to 350F(175C). Mix the ground beef and soup in the bowl. Pack the beef mixture into ten greased muffin cups. Bake in the center rack in the oven for about 40-45 minutes.Use the oven mitts to remove the muffin pan to the wire rack.Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 10 Meat muffins.
