Meat Balls

This recipe turns out moist and tender meatballs.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs. skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

Roll into balls and cook in broiler. Oven 350 F.
