Melon Salad

A wonderful fruit salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 tlbs plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1 tlbs lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot
  • 2 1/2 c cantaloupe balls
  • 1/2 c coarsely chopped fresh watercress

Directions

In medium bowl stir together yogurt, lime peel, lime juice and gingerroot. Stir in cantaloupe and watercress. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve.
