Merry Cheese Twists |
This quick and easy holiday recipe is perfect to give as a gift to teachers or as a hostess gift.
Ingredients
- Homemade or store-bought pastry dough
- 1 beaten egg
- Shredded or grated Canadian Monterey Jack with jalapeños cheese, Canadian Gruyère cheese or Canadian Parmesan.
Directions
Roll out homemade or store-bought pastry dough.
Brush with a beaten egg and cut into strips 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.
Hold ends of each strip and twist.
Place on cookie pan and sprinkle with Canadian cheese.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes.
