Microwave Chocolate Fudge |
I like this better than a stove top recipe because you don't have to wonder how long to boil it. I have made this many times and it always turns out. And it makes lots.
Ingredients
- 2 C. white sugar
- 1/2 C. Margarine
- 2/3 C. evaporated milk
- 8 oz pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 C. chopped nuts
- 15 large marshmallows
- 1 t. vanilla
Directions
Combine sugar, margarine and milk. Microwave high 5 minutes, stir and microwave high 5 1/2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients stirring until smooth, pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Keep refrigerated.
