Microwaves Skinless Chicken Breasts in Sauce

I have a great chicken recipe to share. It is fairly cheap, really easy and actually healthy.

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion.
  • small bottle of Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing.

Directions

Cut up 4 or 5 skinless chicken breasts, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and 1 onion. Put these in a microwavable bowl. Top with small bottle of Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing. Microwave on high for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with rice, and enjoy!
