Minty Lemon Lassi |
Sit back, relax and enjoy this refreshing drink made with mint and lemon. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
- ½ cup (125 mL) loosely packed mint leaves
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- ½ tsp (2 mL) ground fennel
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup (250 mL) crushed ice
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, making sure the mint is evenly distributed.
