Minty Lemon Lassi

Sit back, relax and enjoy this refreshing drink made with mint and lemon. Makes 4 servings.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
  • ½ cup (125 mL) loosely packed mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) ground fennel
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (250 mL) crushed ice

 

 

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, making sure the mint is evenly distributed.
