Oatmeal Pancakes

This recipe is very nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • applesauce

Directions

Mix ingredients together and fry until golden brown. Top with applesauce.

    GREAT IDEA ON THIS ONE ANOTHER WAY TO DISGUISE THE OATMEAL FOR THOSE PICKY KIDS IF THEY DON'T SEE YOU MAKE IT THEY WILL NEVER KNOW HA AND THIS IS SO HEALTHY THANXS THEY WON'T KNOW UNTIL THEY SEE YOU MAKIN IT
