Parmesan-Baked Salmon |
A kid-friendly twist to a meal-time favourite

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
- 2 tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g), skin removed
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 10 Ritz Crackers, crushed (1/2 cup)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) . Mix dressing, cheese and pepper until well blended.
2. Place fish in shallow foil-lined pan; drizzle with lemon juice. Top with dressing mixture; spread to evenly cover fish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
