Peppermint Bark |
If you're looking for a treat that incorporates the colours of Christmas, look no further. This minty treat will definitely be a hit! It's also a great way to use up those broken candy canes that get passed over.
Ingredients
- 1 lb of white chocolate (white chips work well)
- 1 cup of crushed candy canes (I like to use the red, white and green ones)
Directions
Melt chocolate on low heat, once melted stir in the crushed candy canes. Pour mixture on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill in refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm. Remove from cookie sheet and break into pieces.
