Pork Chop & Rice Casserole

A new class of casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 can Campbell's Beef Consommé Soup
  • 1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup

Directions

Pour rice in a casserole dish. Brown pork chops on each side. Place on top of rice. Cover rice and pork with beef consommé and onion soups. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
