Pork Kebabs au Gratin |
Great for as an appetizer or a with shredded lettuce as a main.
Ingredients
- 1 small baguette, cut into 18 slices
- 8 oz (250 g) pork tenderloin, cut into 18 slices
- 8 oz (150 g) thinly sliced prosciutto
- 18 small bell pepper chunks
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Rosemary
- 1/4 lb (125 g) Canadian Brie cheese, sliced
Directions
Roll up prosciutto slices around pork slices. Thread 3 pork slices alternately with bread slices and pepper chunks on 6 skewers.
Brush kebabs with olive oil and season to taste with salt, pepper and rosemary. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Just 3 minutes before kebabs are done, top with slices of Canadian Brie cheese, close lid and continue cooking.
Serve immediately on shredded lettuce, as appetizers.
