Porkchops and Pasta

Here's an easy recipe for those that had a long day and want some time to relax while supper is cooking.

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 Porkchops
  • 2 cups pasta shells
  • 1 large can of tomatoes with juice
  • 1 can of mushrooms with juice
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 green and red pepper chopped
  • 1 mushroom
  • can of water
  • salt, pepper
  • garlic
  • oregano

Directions

Brown porkchops and arrange in bottom of a roasting pan. Add pasta, tomatoes, mushrooms, veggies, water and seasonings. (Remember to add juices from tomatoes and mushrooms too). Bake in a 325 degree oven until porkchops are done. (Approximately 45 minutes.)
