Porkchops and Pasta |
Here's an easy recipe for those that had a long day and want some time to relax while supper is cooking.
Ingredients
- 4 or 5 Porkchops
- 2 cups pasta shells
- 1 large can of tomatoes with juice
- 1 can of mushrooms with juice
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 green and red pepper chopped
- 1 mushroom
- can of water
- salt, pepper
- garlic
- oregano
Directions
Brown porkchops and arrange in bottom of a roasting pan. Add pasta, tomatoes, mushrooms, veggies, water and seasonings. (Remember to add juices from tomatoes and mushrooms too). Bake in a 325 degree oven until porkchops are done. (Approximately 45 minutes.)
