Roast Beef

This makes a terrific tender roast with a great gravy. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • blade roast
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • pepper to taste.

Directions

Brown blade roast with chopped onions and a clove of garlic, pepper to taste. Add 2 cups beef broth in slow cooker add roast and simmer at high for 1 or 2 hours depending on size then simmer for 8 hours on low (large crock-pot).
