Rye Bread |
A nice version of classic rye bread. (For use in a 1 1/2 lb / 2 lb bread machine)
Ingredients
- 1water, 80 F/ 27 C.
- 1 cup & 1 tbsp All purpose, or Bread flour.
- 2 cups medium rye flour
- 1 cup dry milk powder [I omit this]
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Caraway seed(optional)
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp. cut into 4 pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp Bread Machine/Fast rise yeast
Directions
Cook using your basic/standard cycle according to type of yeast.
