Salmon Dip |
This is simple but so good! A member of my Women's Institute always brings this to special events. It is best with wheat crackers such as Brettons or Wheat Thins.
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Remove bones and skin from salmon and drain. Beat well with cream cheese which has been softened to room temperature, and with lemon juice.
