Scallop Bubbly Bake |
This is a nice rich dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1-8oz tin of lobster
- 1 med onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 tin of mushrooms
- 1 med green pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1-10oz tin of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Directions
Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables. Place in greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
