Scotty's Nest Eggs

This one has been a hit in our house. Don't know who Scotty is, but we thank him for this one!!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Slices black forest ham
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBSP (15ml) Cream
  • 1 Heaping TBSP (25ml) Grated swiss cheese
  • Sprinkle of Basil
  • English muffin

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease large muffin tins. Line with ham and break egg over top. Add cream and sprinkle with cheese and basil. Bake 20 minutes. Serve on half a toasted english muffin. (Place water in any unused muffin cups to prevent damage.)
