Seafood Casserole

A rich and flavourful recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 celery sticks
  • 1 spanish onion
  • 1/2 pkg of sliced Kraft cheese

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • Seafood: lobster, shrimps, scallops, or whatever you prefer.

Directions

Saute celery and onion till tender. Mix together sauce ingredients. Add Sliced cheese to sauce and let melt. Then add cooked celery, onion, and cooked seafood. Bake at 325 for 30 mins or until hot.
