Seafood Dip |
We make this dip whenever we have friends over and it lasts for ages...it's a BIG recipe and sure to gain many compliments!
Ingredients
- 1pkg.250gm. cream cheese
- 125 ml.(1/2 c) sour cream
- 60 ml. (1/4c.)mayonnaise
- 2-3 tins shrimp
- 1 c. shrimp cocktail sauce (seafood sauce)
- 2 C. mozarella cheese shredded
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large tomato
- 2 green onions
Directions
Mix first three together and put in bottom of large pie plate Rinse, drain and mash shrimp and add spread over bottom layer. Add sauce over shrimp, then cheese over sauce Chop fine pepper, tomato and onions and add over above. Refrigerate- serve with crackers, tortilla chips, etc...
