Seven Layer Dinner |
This is a great dish -- you get meat, potatoes, veggies, and pasta all in one dish. Fast and easy. We love this one.
Ingredients
- 3-4 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
(or use a can of peas/carrots(easier)) - garlic to taste
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 can peas
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
Directions
Place vegetables in a greased casserole dish in the order given. Layer meat over the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour water over top. Spread tomato soup on top. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake until vegetables are cooked and golden brown. Prepare and bake in one dish!
