Shortbread Cookies |
My mom taught me to make these shortbread cookies when I was 10!
The recipe is easy, but Yummmo!
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flower
- 1 pound butter
- 1 cup of icing sugar
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together and gradually add flour. Beat 10 minutes with electric mixer.
Add sprinkles if you wish
Bake 300 degrees for 12 minutes

I tried your shortbreads. There were awesome. They were so easy and fun to make. I work in a cafeteria at a high school and the students went crazy over them. Thank you very much for sharing it.
