Shrimp Salad

Simple and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp coarsely ground pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tlbs mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c sliced 1/4-inch green onions
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 pound cooked deveined shrimp, each cut in half
  • 1 tlbs chopped fresh dill

Directions

In Medium bowl stir together 1/8 tsp pepper, pinch of salt and mayonnaise. Stir in green onions, eggs, shrimp and dill weed. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve.
