Skor Toffee Squares |
A rich dessert - but so easy! These squares can be frozen - and they've been eaten that way in our house!
Ingredients
- 1 box regular Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 pkg. Skor toffee bits (made by Chipits), 1 tbsp. reserved
Directions
Mix the above ingredients and put in an 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 325 degrees until slightly brown (about 10 minutes). Let cool. Make your favourite chocolate frosting (or buy some if you're in a hurry)and spread it on the top -- sprinkle with the remaining Skor toffee bits.
