Snookerdoodle Cookies

This is a recipe that my kids request often.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (or shortening but I find real butter better for flavor)
  • 1 2/c cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp creme of tartar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 3/4 cup flour

Directions



Cream together:

  • 1 cup butter (or shortening but I find real butter better for flavor)
  • 1 2/c cup sugar
  • 2 eggs


Blend & then add to above:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp creme of tartar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 3/4 cup flour

Roll into balls & roll in cinnamon/white sugar. Bake at 400 for 8 - 10 min.
