Snookerdoodle Cookies |
This is a recipe that my kids request often.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (or shortening but I find real butter better for flavor)
- 1 2/c cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp creme of tartar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 3/4 cup flour
Directions
Cream together:
- 1 cup butter (or shortening but I find real butter better for flavor)
- 1 2/c cup sugar
- 2 eggs
Blend & then add to above:
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp creme of tartar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 3/4 cup flour
Roll into balls & roll in cinnamon/white sugar. Bake at 400 for 8 - 10 min.
