Ingredients
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 4-5 tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes
- 1 lb. of fillets of sole cut in half
- 3 tbsp. melter butter
- flour, salt and pepper
- 1 cup of sour cream
Directions
lightly brown onion and place in bottom of casserole. cover with tomatoes, then with floured fillets. pour melted butter over all. put under broiler till fish flakes. pour on sour cream, put back under broiler until sour cream browns. serve with tossed green or ceasar salad.
