Southwestern Pork Chops

Heat up the barbeque we're cooking up some chops!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp... chili powder
  • 1 tbsp... vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp... ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp... salt
  • 1/4 tsp.. cayenne pepper ( ground red pepper)
  • 1 large garlic clove finely chopped
  • 8 pork loin chops about 1/2 inch thick

Directions

Mix the six ingredients thoroughly together. Spread rub evenly on both sides of pork. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes but no longer than 24 hours!

Heat up your grill Cover and grill pork 4-5 inches from medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently, until slightly pink when cut NEAR the bone! 8 servings.
