Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

Try serving pita bread and thousand islands dressing to dip.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup diced green peper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/8 tbsp pepper
  • 1/8 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dried chili peppers
  • 1/8 tbsp ginger

Directions

Cook the chicken breasts for five minutes on low-med then remove from pan and cut into small chunks. Put them back into pan and begin to add solid ingriedients one at a time beginning with salt and pepper. Make sure all pieces are covered then mix all liquid ingriedients into a bowl and add to chicken. Cover the pan and stir every thirty seconds until the sauce is carmelized onto the chicken.
