Strawberry Rhubarb Freezer Jam

This recipe came from a Clubhouse pamphlet that was in with my jars a few years ago. It's very easy to make and perfect for early summer strawberries and rhubarb.

Ingredients

3 cups finely chopped rhubarb, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup water
2 cups chopped strawberries
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 pkg GardenFare(Clubhouse) No Cook Freezer Jam Gelling powder

Directions

Combine rhubarb and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered until tender (about 5 minutes). Chill. Combine chilled rhubarb with chopped strawberries. Follow package directions for the rest.
