Sugar Cookie Tacos |
Treat your kids to a fun dessert the next time you serve tacos!
Ingredients
- Sugar cookie dough (store bought or homemade)
- Oreos
- chocolate chips
- buttercream icing
- coconut flakes
- sour cherry candies
- tin foil
Directions
1. Using a round cookie cutter cut out cookie base. Fold cookie dough over wedges of tin foil and bake according to package or recipe. Cool.
2. Combine crushed ores and melted chocolate chips and combine to make a consistency of ground beef.
3. Top each cookie with taco toppings:
- Ground Beef = crushed Oreos, icing & melted chocolate chips
- Sour Cream = buttercream icing
- Lettuce & cheese = green and yellow coconut flakes
- Tomatoes = cherry sours
