Sweet & Sour Meatloaf |
My whole family loves this! You can fool around with the ingredients and amounts according to your family size and likes/dislikes. Prepare this early in the morning and come home to a delicious meal!
Ingredients
- 1LB hamburg
- 1 egg
- 3/4c cracker crumbs
- 1/2c milk
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp chopped onion
- pepper
- 1tsp dry mustard
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2c ketchup
- 2tsp prepared mustard
- 3T brown sugar
- 1c water
- 1/4c vinegar
Directions
- 1LB hamburg
- 1 egg

- 1tsp dry mustard
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2c ketchup
- 2tsp prepared mustard
- 3T brown sugar
- 1c water
- 1/4c vinegar
Mix loaf ingredients together and place in a 9x13 pan leaving enough room for the sauce.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over meatloaf, bake at 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours.

I made this last night for my family. It was a hit and I have been informed I can make it again LOL. A nice variation on plain old meatloaf.
