Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry |
A quick and easy take on an old favourite.

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cups chopped mixed fresh vegetables (red peppers, broccoli, mushrooms)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
- 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
1. Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on high heat 1 min. Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned.
2. Add remaining ingredients; cook 2 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp.
