Tasty Chicken |
This is a nice, quick recipe that is really quite easy. I like to pour some of the left over sauce over rice as a side dish. Hint: if using white wine, do not try to double this recipe as not enough of the alcohol cooks away, making this recipe quite strong!
Ingredients
- chicken parts
- melted margarine
- bread crumbs
- chicken boullion mix
- grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Dip chicken parts in melted margarine, drain. Roll drained chicken parts in a mixture of bread crumbs seasoned with chicken boullion mix and grated parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325-350 for 45-50 minutes or until juices run clear on a cooling rack set on a cookie sheet covered with tin foil.
