Tasty Eggs |
A great breakfast to wake up to!
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup green onions
- shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- chunks of cooked ham or saussage
Directions
Saute mushrooms and tomatoes. Once mushrooms are cooked, add eggs and cooked ham. When eggs are almost cooked, add green onions and cheese.
