The Mother Of All Egg Sandwhiches! |
I'm from the UK and I am 12 years old. When I looked at your site I wanted to send you my favourite recipe. Whenever I cook my own breakfast this is what I prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3 slices of bread
- Any sauce (ketchup, brown sauce.....)
- Olive oil
- Ham or cheese cut into small pieces
Directions
Pour a little olive oil into a medium sized frying pan. Break eggs into pan, trying not to break the yolk!(don't start cooking it yet) Into the uncooked egg white put your cheese or ham, now start cooking it slowly. Lay the 3 pieces of bread out and put your sauce on the top of each slice(top middle & bottom. when the eggs are cooked the ham or cheese will be cooked into the egg. Take 1 egg out and place it onto your bottom piece of bread, then put the middle piece of bread sauce side down on top of the egg. Put some more sauce on the bare side of the middle slice, then place the second egg on top. Put the top piece of bread sauce side down onto the second egg and press down to spread the sauce. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!
Tip: Eat over a plate, it could get messy!!!!!
