Cook up a small batch of frozen chicken fingers while you're getting ready for work. This lunch is quick and easy and a big hit with kids of all ages.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken fingers (frozen - look for a low fat baked version)
- Plum sauce
Directions
- Heat thermos with boiling water. Remove water and dry inside container.
- Spoon plum sauce into bottom of container (make sure there is enough for dipping).
- Place hot chicken fingers in jar vertically (you may have to cut the tops off to fit the jar.) The pieces will fit in and around the long pieces.

I really don't understand this 'recipe'. What does the last comment mean? **The pieces will fit in and around the long pieces.** And what is 'the jar', is that your thermos? Is the plum sauce in with the chicken, or in a separate container? I would think you would want it separate, or you would have to send a wet wips with your child!Finnee

I've been doing this for a while and so have other parents in our son's class. The dipping sauce is better put in a small container outside of the thermos. (Yes, that is the jar they refer to.. the inside of the thermos.) The pieces they refer to are the pieces you may have to cut off to make the nuggets fit.
