Three Egg Sponge Cake |
This cake recipe turns out great every time.
Ingredients
- 1 12 cups flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp.f lavouring
- 1 12 cup fine suga
Directions
Beat egg yolks whith cold water until foamy and slowly add sugar. Fold in sifted dry ingredients with a spoon. Fold in stiffly beaten whites with flavouring. Pour into floured (not greased) tube pan. Bake at 300-325 for 45-50 minutes.

your rec. does not say how much water you beat your egg yolks in
