Turkey Caesar Sammie |
Revitalize leftover turkey with a new take on an old classic. Makes 2 portions.
Ingredients
- 2 English muffins or whole-wheat bun
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 2 cups chopped skinless leftover turkey (white meat)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise-type dressing
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated parmesan
- Pinch of parsley and cracked pepper
Directions
1. Mix turkey, mayonnaise-type dressing, parsley, lemon juice and parmesan.
2. Add lettuce and stuff between two slices of bread.
