Upside-down Peach Cake

Here's a great recipe that is quick to make and the kids love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix (yellow or white)
  • 1 Can of peaches (19 oz)
  • Table cream

Directions

Drain the peaches and slice them up and place into a 1x8 square cake pan that has been lightly greased. Mix up the cake cake mix as directed and pour over the peaches. Bakes as directed and let cool. When it's time to eat, you can do as we do, pour some table cream over each piece as it's put on the plate (this part is a little fattening but my kids need it.) Enjoy.
