Vegetable Puree

Pureed Veggies are quick and easy and you can make up a bunch and freeze them.

The flavour of fresh will make serving veggies more enjoyable for your little one. You can double or triple this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 potato, 1 parsnip, 1 carrot, or 1 turnip
  • 4-5 Tbsp formula, breastmilk, or water

Directions

Peel vegetable and dice. Steam for about 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Press through a sieve and mix with liquid. You can use a blender or food processor to puree the veggies.
