Very Cherry Slow Cooker Cobbler

This is best eaten warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 smaller cans of cherry pie filling
  • 1 Cup buscuit baking mix
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup milk

Directions

  1. Spray interior of slow cooker with nonstick spray or lightly grease. Spoon cherry pie filling into cooker and cook on high for 1/2 hour. In a seperate bowl whisk together dry ingredients and stir in milk until well combined.
  2. Spoon over cherry pie filling in slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours.

    This is a no-fail dessert I've been making for years. Often I serve it with ice cream but it's still yummy by itself. I usually serve it warm, right out of the crock pot. If there's any left overs, store covered in the fridge and warm in the microwave before eating.
