Yogurt Bread |
For use in a 1 1/2 lb / 2 lb bread machine.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds (optional, to taste)
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of bran or wheat germ (optional)
- 2 teaspoons yeast
Directions
Follow the instruction of your bread machine. The 1/4 cup of bran is optional you can remove it without adding any flour.
Sometimes, I replace the sesame seeds by poppy seeds but use 1 tablespoon instead. Or sometimes I use sunflower seed and flax seeds as a mix, 2 tablespoons.

can you replace the white flour with spelt or whole wheat flour?
